He began his career as a mechanic in 1990 working at a general repair shop in Agoura Hills, Ca apprenticing under a veteran master mechanic with 40 years in the business. After gaining some experience, in 1992 Dan earned his ASE certifications. In 1993 he began working at a shop that specialized in classic car restorations. Learning the tedious skills required to successfully restore a classic vehicle, Dan augmented his natural talent for the trade. Over the years, Dan has spent much of his personal time restoring dozens of classic cars; 60's era Mercedes being his specialty.

  In 1999 Dan started his own auto repair business, Rollin Wrench, based in Malibu, Ca. Established solely on referrals, his business grew quickly. Servicing the Malibu to Montecito area, he earned a reputation for providing his clients a high-quality service with integrity and honesty. Over the past 20 years, Dan has had the opportunity to work on some of the world's finest cars. His clientele consists of car collectors, A-list celebrities, and professionals who share his passion for cars. In response to his evolving business and to meet the needs of his ever-growing collector clientele; forming Collector Car Service was next logical step.
